 Aluminum tooling plate links have standard tapped and dowel holes. Custom hole patterns and tooling is available.

 Heavy duty steel side plates are well suited for mounting auxiliary tooling and components. Custom hole patterns may be added at manufacture.

 The inline concept allows part loading at several stations and automatic cycling.
|
 With index accuracy of 0.003” throughout the unit, repeatable assembly operations are easily completed. Index times are 1-3 seconds depending on link size.

 Custom configurations are also available. This is an example of a triple chain, independent index unit. |
