Each unit has the pictured pneumatic and sensor connection plate. Pneumatic ports are 1/4” NPT, and the 24VDC position sensors are connected with a 9-pin AMP connector. Three separate, 5-way, pneumatic valves are required for operation.

Home positions - Hold pin extended, index cylinder retracted, index pin extended

Index sequence – Retract hold pin, extend index cylinder, extend hold pin; retract index cylinder and extend index pin; ready for the next cycle

Each unit is shipped with an assembly drawing and detailed bill of materials. All commercial components are standard items available locally or through Northstar Industries. Northstar manufactured components are available by part number from Northstar Industries.
